The Commercial Range of Amelia, LLC. Permit# 231014-1. The project is located in Nassau County, Section 5, Township 2N South, Range 28. The permit authorizes a surface water management system on 5.13 acres for storm water management system known as Commercial Range of Amelia. The receiving water body is South Amelia River.

Bidders shall attend a MANDATORY pre-bid conference at the project site with representatives of the Owner and Architect to discuss securities, scope of work, site access / storage areas and requirements for personnel working on the Project.
MANDATORY pre-bid conference will start at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, October 23, 2025.
Bidders shall submit all questions and requests for substitutions to the Architect no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 29, 2025. Questions and requests submitted after this time shall not be considered.
Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids; is not obligated to accept the lowest or any other bid; and may waive any formalities in bidding procedures.
