Miriam Davis, 76, of Fernandina Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully on June 29, 2025 with her loving family by her side. Born on December 1, 1948, in Anderson, South Carolina, to the late Mary Eleanor Duncan and Hoyt Benjamin Smith, Miriam grew up in Hartwell, Georgia.

“Daddy was, and always will be, our living, breathing super hero.” John Clayton O’Neal Jr. passed away at home July 27, 2022. J.C. was born Oct. 16, 1930, in Baldwin, Fla. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 70 years, Pauline O’Neal, and baby son, Ralph.
