Bidders shall attend a MANDATORY pre-bid conference at the project site with representatives of the Owner and Architect to discuss securities, scope of work, site access / storage areas and requirements for personnel working on the Project.

MANDATORY pre-bid conference will start at 2:00 p.m., Friday, August 29, 2025.

Bidders shall submit all questions and requests for substitutions to the Architect no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 5, 2025. Questions and requests submitted after this time shall not be considered.

Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids; is not obligated to accept the lowest or any other bid; and may waive any formalities in bidding procedures.

The Board of Supervisors (Board) of the River Glen Community Development District (District) will hold a public hearing and regular meeting as follows:

The purpose of the public hearing is to receive comments and objections on the adoption of the Districts proposed budget(s) for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2025, and ending September 30, 2026 (Proposed Budget). A regular Board meeting of the District will also be held at the above time where the Board may consider any other business that may properly come before it.
