Notice is given that the following permit was issued on June 13th, 2025: (Name and address of applicant) Kevin Martin, 1919 Blanding Blvd., Suite 6, Jacksonville, FL 32210 permit# 229265-1. The project is located in Nassau County, Section 14, Township 2N South, Range 28E East. The permit authorizes a surface water management system on 6.96 acres for construction and operation of a stormwater management system known as Ocean Garden Townhomes. BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors (Board) of the River Glen Community Development District (District) will hold a regular meeting on July 17, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at the River Glen Amenity Center, located at 65084 River Glen Parkway, Yulee, Florida 32097. There will be an Audit Committee meeting prior to the onset of the Board of Supervisors meeting. The Audit Committee will review, discuss, and evaluate the proposals submitted in response to the RFP for Audit Services.
A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting the District Manager, c/o Rizzetta & Company, Inc, 3434 Colwell Ave., Suite 200, Tampa, Florida 33614 (District Managers Office) by emailing the District Manager at lgallagher@rizzetta.com or by phone at (904) 436-6270 during normal business hours.
