Cars & Cannons Vintage Car Show a success

The fifth annual Cars & Cannons Vintage Car Show kicked off with the backdrop of cool breezes and clear skies at historic Fort Clinch on Saturday. Enthusiasts and history buffs gathered to view the remarkable collection of 60 vintage cars within the historic walls of the fort.

Tiny home program codified in Nassau County

Nassau County Board of County Commissioners voted unanimously to codify the Tiny Home Development (THD) Program into the Future Land Use Element (FLUE) of the Nassau County Comprehensive Plan, Land Development Code (LDC) and mobility and impact fee exemptions for THDs.

County answers last-minute Little League cry

Just hours before the first game of the 2023 Yulee Little League fall season took place, a now deleted Facebook post by a parent expressed concerns stemming from improvements being made by Nassau County staff at the Little League park.

OHPA hires real estate agent to sell lots in Historic District

The Ocean Highway and Port Authority will move forward with a plan to sell some lots in Fernandina Beach’s Historic District, despite a vocal outcry from property owners who fear the change in the fabric of the neighborhood. The plots are at 305 Dade, 332 N. Third and 510 N. Third streets.
