Alligator Creek tests positive for E. coli

The St. Marys Riverkeeper’s regular water quality testing found high levels of Escherichia coli in the water near Escambia Street and Eighth Street. The Environmental Protection Agency says safe recreational levels are below 235 colony forming units (CFU) per milliliter.
