Woman awaits sentence in accessory to deputy’s murder

A Jacksonville woman has pleaded guilty to accessory after the fact in the murder of Nassau County Sheriff Deputy Josh Moyers. She will be sentenced pending a hearing after the first of the year. According to court records, on Sept. 24, 2021, Deputy Moyers conducted a routine traffic stop.

Hilliard man pleads not guilty to drug charges, arson

A Hilliard man has pleaded not guilty to charges of the manufacture of a controlled substance and first-degree arson. According to court records, Nassau County Sheriff’s Office officers arrested Johnny Dixon on Oct. 14.
