Navy sailor accused of killing boy

A 27-year-old Jacksonville man and U.S. Navy sailor was charged with murder in the second degree and aggravated child abuse, according to documents provided by the Nassau County Sheriff’s Office. James Kete Lanty, 2819 Eagles Hammock Blvd.
