Notice is given that the following permit was issued on October 18, 2022:

Patriot Ridge LLP, 12443 San Jose BLVD., Suite 504, Jacksonville, FL 32223-8651 permit# 167208-2.  The project is located in Nassau County, Section 51, Township 3N, Range 27 East.  The permit authorizes a surface water management system on 193 acres for a single family residential development with associated infrastructure known as Headwaters at Lofton Creek.  The receiving water body is Lofton Creek Upper Segment.

A person whose substantial interests are or may be affected has the right to request an administrative hearing by filling a written petition with the St. Johns River Water Management District (District).  Pursuant to Chapter 28-106 and Rule 40C-1.1007, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), the petition must be filed (received) either by delivery at the office of the District Clerk at District Headquarters, P.O. The landowners meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law.  The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such meeting.  A copy of the agenda for the meeting may be obtained from the District Managers Office. There may be an occasion where one or more supervisors will participate by telephone.
