Notice is given that the following permit was issued on May 31, 2024
Raydient LLC DBA Raydient Places and Properties 1 Rayonier Way Yulee, FL 32097-0002 and Wildlight 1 Rayonier Way Wildlight, FL 32097-0002 permit #139976-84. The project is located in Nassau County, Section 5, 44, Township 2N, Range 27E. The permit authorizes construction and operation of a Stormwater Management System for a 43.7 - acre project known as Wildlight Pod 4 Mass Grading Modification as per plans received by the District on May 6, 2024. The receiving water body is Plummer Creek and Nassau River.
A person whose substantial interests are or may be affected has the right to request an
