When Dr. Kenneth Cooper coined the word “aerobics” back in the 70s, I knew I’d found my passion. I can walk for miles, run 5k’s, do line dancing, jazzercise, nordic walking, aqua-fitness-anything that gets my heart rate up and gets me outside. Adding Tai Chi and Yoga was perfect for me.
