The project is located at Fernandina Beach High School 435 Citrona Drive, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034. Bidding will be located at The School Board of Nassau County, Board Room, 1201 Atlantic Avenue, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034 before 2:00 pm local daylight time on Tuesday, the 4th day of October 2022. All Bids received at such place, date and time will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after such time will be returned to the respective Bidder, unopened.
All bidders were required to pre-qualify as to the approval of the owner prior to 2:00 pm on July 14, 2022.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on the school site main office at 1:00 PM on Thursday, the 22th day of September, 2022. All Pre-qualified Contractors must attend this Pre-Bid Conference in order to have their Bid considered
Project Description:
1. This project includes HVAC Systems demolition and replacement of HVAC Controls removal, modification and reinstallation at the various Buildings of the school campus. The project will include work of other trades in support of the HVAC replacement and Controls, modification and reinstallation.
2. This Project also includes the removal and installation of all corridor ceilings and some ductwork as needed to replace all chilled and hot water piping in all Buildings on campus as indicated on contract Bid Documents.
