Nassau County Sheriff's Office said there was an undetermined death Friday morning along State Road 200.
The sheriff's office posted a release just after noon that said it was investigating an undetermined death outside John Muir Ecological Park along State Road 200 in Yulee.
"Deputies responded just after 7 a.m. to a report of an adult male found in the park. The individual was pronounced deceased at the scene," NCSO said.
NCSO told the News-Leader the person was deceased upon deputies' arrival.
The investigation is ongoing and additional information will be released as it becomes available.
