The Nassau County Sheriffโs Office responded to a bank robbery reported at First Federal Bank Friday evening.
According to preliminary information, the suspect pictured below entered the bank located at 463845 SR 200 in Yulee and demanded money from a teller. He then left the scene with an undisclosed amount of money. No injuries were reported during the incident.
Investigators quickly responded to the scene and are currently working with our local and federal law enforcement partners to locate the suspect.
Investigators obtained surveillance images and are actively following several leads. The suspect is described as a white male wearing a teal polo shirt, gray jacket, gray ball cap, and dark glasses. He also has a bowed out left leg.
โWe take crimes like this very seriously and are dedicating all available resources to apprehend the person responsible. We are grateful no one was hurt, and we urge anyone with information to come forward,โ Sheriff Bill Leeper said.

The Nassau County Sheriffโs Office is looking for a white male with a bowed out left leg who the department said is a suspect in an armed robbery that occurred Friday in Yulee.
The First Federal Bank at 463845 State Road 200 was robbed Friday evening.
โThe suspect was wearing a teal polo shirt, gray jacket, gray ball cap and dark glasses,โ NCSO said in a Facebook post Friday.
No other details have been released.
