Pembroke man receives multiple charges
"This career criminal chose the wrong county to steal from," Sheriff Bill Leeper said at a press conference Monday.
The Nassau County Sheriff's Office has arrested a Georgia man in relation to the bank robbery that occurred Oct. 10 at First Federal Bank in Yulee.
NCSO said, 66-year-old Marshall Foskey of Pembroke, Georgia has been charged with armed burglary, armed robbery, armed kidnapping, felony possession of a firearm and grand theft.
