Park to include first pickleball courts in unincorporated Nassau

Nassau County Parks & Recreation hosted an Open House on March 27 to unveil the conceptual design plan for Blackrock Cove Park. Phase One of the park is outlined with a dashed black line. The final amenities to be built in Phase One will be based on available funding, but the county anticipates it will include pickleball courts, walking paths, flex green space, play areas, pavilions, outdoor fitness, restrooms and parking
The county is forging ahead with plans to expand recreational options to Nassau County residents.
