A local woman is facing multiple drug charges after her arrest, which Nassau County Sheriff Bill Leeper said closed a “drug house.”
On March 6, NCSO arrested Shelley Renee Crider, 44, of Di Charia Street in Yulee. According to the arrest report, officers of the sheriff’s Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at a camper where Crider is known to reside. During the search, the report said, detectives found 4.36 grams of methamphetamine, 0.54 grams of fentanyl an amount of tramadol, which is a schedule 4 narcotic.
The report said officers interviewed Crider, who admitted to having methamphetamine, but “wasn’t sure” where it was in the camper.
“Based off the above-mentioned reports, (the detective) knew Shelley to store her narcotics in the area around her bed, due to having video of her going to that area to retrieve narcotics prior to selling them,” the report read. It said the officer said Crider “always referred to her dope as ‘love.’”
Crider was charged with three counts of sale of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a church, possession of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a church, possession of drugs without a prescription, two counts of possession of a schedule 1-5 substance and possession of methamphetamine.
Crider remains in the Nassau County Jail on a $330,010 bond.
