The Board may consider any business which may properly come before it. Persons desiring to provide public comment will be given the opportunity to be heard and to express their views. Written comments may also be submitted in advance to the FRED Administrator, Florida Development Finance Corporation, 156 Tuskawilla Road, Suite 2340, Winter Springs, FL 32708.
