The administration of the estate of Russell William Moore, Jr., deceased, whose date of death was August 16, 2021, is pending in the Circuit Court for Nassau County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 76347 Veterans Way, Suite 456, Yulee, Florida 32097. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representative's attorney are set forth below.
All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent's estate on whom a copy of this notice is required to be served must file their claims with this court ON OR BEFORE THE LATER OF 3 MONTHS AFTER THE TIME OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
All other creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent's estate must file their claims with this court WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN FLORIDA STATUTES SECTION 733.702 WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.

NOTICE OF RULE
DEVELOPMENT BY THE
RIVER GLEN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
In accordance with Chapters 190 and 120, Florida Statutes, the River Glen Community Development District (District) hereby gives notice of its intention to adopt its amended Amenity Rates (Amended Amenity Rates) and its revised Suspension and Termination of Access Rule (Suspension and Termination Rules), all of which govern the operation of the Districts amenity facilities and other properties. The Amended Amenity Rates and Suspension and Termination Rules will address certain revisions to the Districts rules and policies governing the operation of the Districts amenity facilities and other properties.
The purpose and effect of the Amended Amenity Rates and Suspension and Termination Rules is to provide for efficient and effective District operations of the Districts amenity facilities and other properties by setting policies, regulations, rates and fees to implement the provisions of Section 190.035, Florida Statutes. Specific legal authority for the rules includes Sections 190.035(2), 190.011(5), 190.012, 120.54, 120.69 and 120.81, Florida Statutes (2020).
A public hearing will be conducted by the District on January 19, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at River Glen Amenity Center, 65084 River Glen Parkway, Yulee, Florida 32097.
