Michelle Hartman was the winner of the 2012 Kia Soul raffle, presented by the Fernandina Beach High School Quarterback Club. First Coast Towing, Ed’s Comfort Solutions and Bo’s Automotive donated the used vehicle to the Quarterback Club to raffle off to benefit FBHS football. The raffle campaign began at the beginning of football season and ended until the last game against Baker County, where Congressman Aaron Bean and his wife, Abby, drew Hartman’s ticket out of more than 350 tickets.

A Leon County circuit judge Tuesday refused to put on hold a lawsuit filed by Florida State University against the Atlantic Coast Conference, as a big-money battle between the university and its lo
