DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING & CONSERVATION PLANNING DEPARTMENT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING HISTORIC DISTRICT COUNCIL Interested parties may appear at said hearing and be heard as to the advisability of any action, which may be considered. A public hearing has been scheduled for the Historic District Council to consider an application for a Downtown Historic District Boundary Expansion to include the Old Nassau County Jail/Amelia Island Museum of History located at 233 S 3rd Street. The application will be heard at 5:00 PM on Thursday, November 21, 2019 in the City Commission Chambers located at 204 Ash Street, Fernandina Beach, Florida.
