“Florida Cattle Ranching: Five Centuries of Tradition"
Fernandina Beach Branch Library, 25 N. Fourth St. Bob Stone, a folklorist and media producer based in Gainesville, is co-curator of the traveling exhibition “Florida Cattle Ranching” and author of the catalog book. The multimedia presentation will explore the unique foodways, crafts, occupational folklore, poetry and rodeo culture of Florida’s cowboys. The program is free and open to the public.
